How referrals work
A team describes its labeling project in a three-part form. We hold that outline up against the terms annotation vendors publish, reply with the names that fit, and forward contact details only to vendors the team picks. The money runs one way: a vendor that wins the work may reward us, and the team is never charged.
From form to introduction, in four steps
- Your outline is read by a person. Modality, volume, quality bar, security needs, timeline and budget band tell us most of what matters. Gaps get a short email.
- Published terms are checked for fit. That means their own pages: the modalities they list, how they price, the security reports they say they hold, whether they sell a managed service, a platform or both.
- You hear the names first. Each suggestion comes with the reason for it and anything that could rule it out, such as a minimum contract size.
- Nothing moves without your yes. A vendor sees your name, email and outline only if you choose it. Choose none and the outline stays with us.
Things this service will not do
- Touch your data. There is no upload field anywhere on the site, and the form asks you to leave out samples, label guides and logins.
- Charge the buyer. Sending an outline, getting names and being introduced all cost a team nothing.
- Negotiate or sign for anyone. Scope, price and contract terms are between you and the vendor.
- Test or audit vendors. Our rankings rest on published information, as the methodology explains. Run your own pilot before you commit.
- Pretend to be a vendor. This is a small independent site, and it says so.
How is this site paid for?
Certain annotation vendors reward us once a team we put them in touch with becomes a paying customer. That money comes from the vendor's side alone, and we have no say in your price.
A fee never decides who appears on the site, where they rank, or what we write about them. Vendors that pay nothing are listed and ranked by the same rules, and a vendor cannot buy a higher place.
How do I contact you or remove my details?
Email the address on our privacy policy page. Retention periods and deletion requests are covered there too. If you want your details kept from every vendor, the opt-out page explains how.

A ZIP code, a reply address, then a few taps describing the work. We match the outline against what each vendor publishes and write back with names; no vendor hears about you until you pick one.
Keep data, samples, label guides and logins out of this form. The outline on its own is enough for us to work from.
How this site earns: as an introduction service, it may be paid by the annotation company you are introduced to.
Received. Next steps from our side:
- Your outline is set against each vendor's published modalities, minimums, security reports and pricing.
- We write to you naming the vendors we think fit, and why.
- Nothing goes to any vendor until you reply to say which introductions you want.
